Smoothly is a Dutch brand offering 100% vegan, science-backed supplements for wellness, beauty, and gut support. I led their digital marketing efforts, helping them grow awareness, build trust, and drive sales through strategic campaigns.

Challenge & Solution

Smoothly needed to break through a crowded supplement market, communicate their core values (vegan, sustainable, transparent), and convert social followers into customers. I designed and ran a digital marketing strategy that focused on education, authenticity, and community. This included content-driven campaigns, social media ads, and trust-building tactics that aligned with their brand mission.

Process

I kicked off by analyzing Smoothly’s brand positioning and customer persona, then built a content calendar that showcased product benefits, ingredient stories, and real-life testimonials. I launched targeted ad campaigns (Instagram + potentially other channels) to increase reach and used email sequences to nurture leads. Alongside, I crafted trust-focused content (reviews, behind-the-scenes, sustainability stories) to support long-term brand loyalty.

Result Driven

Smoothly’s digital presence became more cohesive, and user trust grew through clear and consistent messages. Organic engagement on Instagram increased, and ad campaigns led to a boost in conversions. Customers responded positively to educational content, and the email nurture sequence helped reduce cart abandonment.
